Clover Tangle

Clover Tangle, from David’s series Nurturing Time, Life in a Backyard Garden, has been acquired by deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum for its permanent collection.  Dedicated to Modern and Contemporary Art since its inception as a public museum in 1950, deCordova is known for innovative exhibitions and programs featuring a wide range of media, especially by artists with a connection to New England.  The permanent collection is particularly strong in photography.

DeCordova is situated on a 35 acre, former private estate just outside of Boston in Lincoln, MA.

Clover Tangle was also recently chosen for exhibition in “The Art of Photography Show 2012” by juror, Julian Cox, Founding Curator of Photography for the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco and Chief Curator of the de Young Museum.  With nearly 17,000 entries, the show featured some 200 works from an international selection of photographers.  The San Diego Art Institute hosted the exhibition from September 29 to November 11, 2012.
